Our satisfaction and return policy is simple: If you are not satisfied with our products, and the product has not been installed or used, notify us within 10 days and you may return the product for a full refund. (Restocking charges may apply to special orders.)

Repaired equipment invoices must be paid in full upon receipt.  Special ordered parts must be paid in advance.  Equipment must be picked up within 5 days of notification that repairs are complete.  Equipment left over 5 days will be charged a $5.00 per day storage charge.  After 30 days, you will be notified that the equipment will be sold, unless payment is received in full.

Online purchases can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.  At our Vandalia location, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and personal & company checks.  We will accept purchase orders from customers with pre-approved credit.

We are an approved merchant in the Yard Card financing program - which offers flexible unsecured credit lines with no annual fee, quick credit decisions, and low monthly payments.  This program can be used toward the purchase of golf carts, utility vehicles, lawn mowers, garden tractors, snow blowers, edgers, trimmers, equipment, parts, services, and more.  Yard Card financing is available for both consumer and commercial purchases.  You can download the application form below.

Financing for commercial equipment is also available through Access Equipment & Financing, LLC.  You can apply online or download the financing application form below.

And we also work with Sheffield Financial to provide financing for all new and used American SportWorks Landmaster utility vehicles.  Please contact us for details.

No matter what you buy or where you live, we can and will arrange the most affordable delivery options available.  For most parts and accessories, we offer a range of shipping options from UPS and The United States Postal Service.  For items available in our online store, we are currently working on collecting shipping weights and dimensions so that shipping costs can be calculated automatically for you during online checkout.  However, this process is taking a little longer than we had hoped, so there are a few items in the online store that may not offer a UPS option during checkout.  We apologize for the inconvenience, but please don't let this stop you from making your purchase.  Just contact us, and we will happily calculate UPS shipping for you!

And for items that are too large for a carrier service, we have our own in-house shipping and transportation solutions. We can arrange delivery of almost anything to almost anywhere for a modest fee.  If you purchase products or equipment from Power Equipment Solutions, we quote discounted shipping and transportation rates.  (Please note: No matter where you live, we can - and will - arrange an affordable delivery solution for you!  Don't let your location prevent you from getting the golf cart, UTV, equipment, or other product of your dreams!)
