This high-frequency battery charger from Lester Electrical is a very well-built high-end feature-rich battery charger that makes an excellent premium option for electric golf carts.  This unit features a compact design and a sealed enclosure, which makes it ideal as an on-board charger.  And it draws less than 8 amps (versus 14-15 amps with most other battery chargers).  We have the 36-volt units in stock, but 24-volt and 48-volt units are also available (please call for current pricing and availability).
