Our service department, led by service manager JB Piper, is staffed by knowledgeable technicians with over 50 years of combined experience in the powersport, power equipment, and golf cart industries. We are Dayton and Southwest Ohio's leading service center for all major manufacturers of outdoor power equipment, powersport vehicles, and golf carts. Whether you need just a basic tune-up, engine overhaul, or complete equipment rebuild, we can handle the job. We are committed to providing the fastest turn-around time with a very competitive shop rate of $60.00 per hour. We have a large inventory of service, maintenance, and repair parts. And we are the area’s largest stocking dealer of E-Z-GO, Club Car, and Yamaha Golf Cart parts and accessories.
Estimates: Upon request, we will provide an estimate for all service work. If you choose not to repair a unit after receiving an estimate, you will only be responsible for paying the diagnostic fees which range from $40.00 to $60.00, depending on make, model, and disassembly required to diagnose. If a piece of equipment is disassembled to provide an estimate, it will be returned in its disassembled state, unless you authorize reassembly. Diagnostic fees do not include reassembly labor.
Priority Service for Commercial Customers: We understand that our commercial customers need their equipment to keep their business running efficiently. So to minimize downtime, commercial customers will automatically receive priority repair service, during their peak season.
Preventative Maintenance Programs: We can work with you to develop a preventive maintenance program for your equipment that can help eliminate unnecessary downtime and allow service work to be scheduled at your convenience.
Pickup & Delivery Service: We offer a pick-up and delivery service for all equipment. Fees are based upon equipment type and mileage to your location.
Mobile Service: We offer mobile service at your location, when necessary.
Repaired Equipment and Parts Pick-Up Policy: Repaired equipment invoices must be paid in full upon receipt. Special ordered parts must be paid in advance. Equipment must be picked up within 5 days of notification that repairs are complete. Equipment left over 5 days will be charged a $5.00 per day storage charge. After 30 days, you will be notified that the equipment will be sold, unless payment is received in full.
Off-Season Fleet Service Attention Leasing Agents: Reduce the cost of servicing your Southwest Ohio maintenance contracts by utilizing our regional service center! We are an authorized regional service center for off-season fleet service and maintenance. We offer discounted rates to leasing companies and can fulfill any and all maintenance contract work from our Vandalia, Ohio service center. We provide pickup, delivery, and thorough documentation.
